Foundational Movements

Foundational Movements is a 45-minutes session(s) which teaches adults and teens the core movements incorporated into the PhyWell Training program.  There are 40+ movements that center around the basic movement patters that each of us need to be able to perform well; squat, lunge, push, pull, bend, twist, and lift.
