Event Details

Wear your Workout Costume!  This is friendly small competition against friends.  Test your training, cheer on other fellow athletes, and hangout for some beverages and food.  Find a friend and sign up for an awesome way to spend Friday Night with friends and family.

There will be two workouts and one floater WOD.  The standards include, and is not limited to:
RX Standards (for reps): Deadlift (225 / 155), Chest to Bar, Double-unders, Squat Clean (205 / 145), Dumbbell Thruster (50 / 35), Burpees, Rowing
Scaled Standards (for reps):  Deadlift (185 / 125), Chest to Bar, Weighted Rope Single-Unders, Squat Clean (135 / 95), Dumbbell Thruster (40 / 25), Burpees, Rowing
